• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on our platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

You are solely responsible for the content of your cards. You agree NOT to create cards that:

• Contain harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Include sexually explicit or obscene content

• Are sent to recipients who have requested not to receive them

5. Payments and Refunds

Premium features are available for purchase. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

• All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated
• If you experience technical issues preventing card delivery, we will provide a full refund or re-delivery
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

All card templates, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials provided by OhMyLove are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs outside of normal card creation and sharing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any cards you have created may be deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OhMyLove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
